http://t.co/sYqpAv1 #fundamentals #football #intervention

In this episode of Intervention, we meet Bill. A football fan all his life, Bill has not been telling his girlfriend, Erica, about the fundamentals of football 24-hours a day. It is common knowledge among football-loving men that the fundamentals of football are to “Run the ball, and stop the run”. During his entire relationship he has not been telling this to Erica. His friends are all concerned about his, and Erica’s well-being. See how he gets help at The Derek Zoolander school for kids who dont read good and want to learn to do other stuff good too.

Shame on you Amazon & Target. You fucked up, now fix your $40 PS3 issue the right way.

I suggest that there be an open letter to Amazon to have them FORCE Target to honor the PS3 orders that were placed through the Amazon website. This is extremely unfair to the other stores who sell through Amazon.com and are forced to honor the prices which they advertise. The information on Amazon.com was completely correct and listed a 120GB PS3 for $40 and had displayed no incorrect information on it whatsoever. This is negligent, irresponsible, and deceitful behavior on the part of both Amazon, and Target. When Apple accidentally mis-priced their Mac Mini’s a few months back, they were responsible enough to honor the price which they improperly listed and sent out 41,500 Mac Mini’s to the people who made purchases at the incorrect price.

In response i filed this feedback on Amazon’s website and hope that you, as a fellow victim of this ridiculously irresponsible business decision on the part of Amazon and Target, should send along as well.

I am extremely upset that Amazon is making special exception for Target in their A to Z Guarantee. If I were to price my marketplace items incorrectly I would still have to honor that price to the customers who placed those orders or face serious consequence. I refuse to do business with Amazon until this situation is properly rectified to accomodate the VICTIMS of target’s irresponsibility, and not just Target themselves.

I hope that this gets fixed in such a way that we all end up satisfied. I would be fine with not receiving a $40 PS3, so long as there are repercussions to be paid by Amazon and/or Target in this matter that benefit those who were misled. Realistic or not, the item was listed at that price and it should be honored… even if no PS3 is ever shipped, the company owes us more than a cancellation letter and a bullshit apology. The double-standard being executed by Amazon is, in my opinion, worse than Target refusing to honor their advertised prices.
